A Bit of Horror for Your October
Some of you have been with me for a long time, and others are new recruits. Some of you know I dabble in horror and other’s do not.
Since Halloween is a week away, I thought I would introduce (or reintroduce) you all to my horror short stories.
Three of my horror stories are in anthologies. These anthologies are organized and put out by the Utah Horror Writers. Each year they give a theme, and then writers have to incorporate that theme into a short story or a poem. Here are the three that I am featured in.

It Came From the Great Salt Lake
My story in this anthology is about a couple of questionable characters trying to keep what’s lurking in the lake under the salty waters.
Apocalypse Utah
My story in this anthology takes place in Park City, where people have become monsters, and the no one knows which is which.
The Hunger
Anyone wonder what it’s like a vampire’s next meal?
I wrote this flash fiction story (less than 1,000 words) when I was in kind of a bad mood. It shows.
I have another flash fiction horror story that will be in an anthology that comes out later this year.
Also, all of my Flash Fiction Friday stories are horror this month. Not to mention there are about ten more if you go through the archives. Some of them are really good! Sometimes I give myself the chills.
What are some of your favorite horror stories?
