I Wrote a Poem?
Guys!
I had no idea how much stuff I had left in my old room at my parent’s house.
Seriously, why was I saving my old German books? Oh yeah, because when I went to school there was no internet, only the library. Complete with a card catalog. For those of you who don’t know what that is…Google it.
Among the stacks of what amounted to trash, I found a few gems.
One of them being a poem I wrote for 11th grade English. We were tasked to write based on a character from a book we’d read for class.
Poetry is NOT my thing, as demonstrated by the masterpiece I wrote for this collection…
I guess it could have been worse!
